We do this by collecting a few documents. However, your documents are not shared anywhere by Skatch.
To keep the Skatch marketplace trustworthy, you are required to submit the following documents for faster verification of your account.
1. As company registration proof, you can submit a soft copy of any one of the following documents:
- Official company licenses
- Registration certificate
- Incorporation proof
- Any other government-recognized company document
Please note: The company name on the documents should match the company name in the job posting. In case you are a business owner, your name on the documents should match your name in the job posting.
2. As employment/ownership proof, you can submit any one of the following:
- An active corporate email address
- Last month's salary slip
- KYC documents like your Driving license, professional license, National Id card
3. In case you are a recruitment consultant, you will need to submit all the following documents:
- Company registration proof
- KYC documents like your Driving license, professional license, National Id card
- The proof of the original requirement from your client
We are working hard on making the Skatch marketplace a trustworthy platform, to protect every company’s reputation and candidate’s information.
If you post your first job; we require proof of your relationship with the company. Meanwhile, your job is “under verification”.
You can upload the document directly on the platform while posting your job. Once approved, the job will go automatically live on the platform and you will get notified.
