3D Designer

Job Description We are looking for talented 3D Designers with at least one year of experience using Autodesk 3ds Max and AutoCAD to join our team, specializing in luxury wedding and event decoration design. We are looking for designers who are passionate about creating luxury Gulf-style wedding and event decorations and can produce unique, elegant, and creative concepts inspired by the latest luxury event design trends across the Gulf. Job Requirements Minimum of One year of experience using 3ds Max and AutoCAD. Ability to produce high-quality 3D designs and realistic renderings. Strong commitment to deadlines and efficient project delivery. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience or strong ability in designing luxury Gulf-style wedding and event decorations, inspired by projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Dubai. Ability to create diverse, innovative design concepts while maintaining a premium level of creativity and quality. Evaluation Process All applicants will be evaluated through a trial project (practical test) based on: Design quality and creativity. Accuracy and attention to detail. Speed of project completion. Ability to follow the project brief and requirements. Trial Project: The probation period is 1 month. The trial project must include 4 rendered views (4 camera angles). The submitted project will be reviewed by our design team. Approval of the trial project will be considered official acceptance into our team. Monthly Target: Minimum requirement: 6 completed projects per month. Once the monthly target is achieved, any additional approved projects will be paid as a performance bonus, according to the company's policy. Work Options: Option One - On-Site Position (Alexandria, Egypt) Company headquarters: Alexandria, Egypt. Working hours: From Eight AM to Three PM, including a One hour break. Working schedule: six days per week with one day off. Fixed monthly salary. Annual salary increase based on performance. Career growth opportunities, promotions, and additional employee benefits.
