Role Description This is a full-time, on-site 3D Designer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The 3D Designer will create and develop 3D concepts and layouts for events, exhibitions, and booths, translating client briefs into visually compelling spatial designs. Daily tasks include producing detailed 3D models, rendering high-quality visuals, preparing presentation materials, and refining designs based on feedback from project managers and clients. The role also involves collaborating with production, technical, and operations teams to ensure designs are feasible, safe, and aligned with budget and timelines. The 3D Designer is expected to stay current with design trends and tools to continuously improve the visual impact and functionality of event and exhibition environments. Qualifications Proven experience in event and exhibition stand design Creative thinker with the ability to transform concepts into impactful 3D visuals Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Blender, or similar 3D software Strong rendering and visualization skills with attention to detail Good understanding of production methods, materials, fabrication, and technical drawings Ability to create AI-generated concepts and develop them into production-ready designs Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects Experience with corporate events and government projects is a plus
