IGE Education is hiring an Admin Assistant 🚀
Job Description:
*Answer and direct phone calls.
*Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
*Providing consultations with prospective students when requested.
*Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with parents and students.
*Prepare and file forms and other documents.
*Update logs and order forms.
*Book courses and tests for students.
*Attend on-ground events (School fairs, …., etc.) and present the company.
*Provide general support to visitors and ensure they receive a positive impression.
*Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
*Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
*Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1-3 years in the same field, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication.
• Language: Very good in English and Arabic.
• Personality: Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
