B2B Sales Representatives

Nestl Waters is looking for talented and motivated B2B Sales Representatives to join its team across Riyadh, Dammam, and Tabuk. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who are passionate about business development, customer relationship management, and B2B sales, with the drive to identify new opportunities, grow the customer base, and contribute to achieving business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective business clients.Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.Present the company s products and commercial offerings professionally to potential customers.Negotiate commercial terms and support the successful closure of sales opportunities.Follow up on customer requirements and ensure a high standard of service and relationship management.Maintain an active sales pipeline and work toward achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs.Monitor market activities, customer needs, and competitor developments within the assigned territory.Prepare regular sales updates and reports and maintain accurate customer information. Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience, preferably in sales or a customer-facing commercial role.Good English communication skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field sales environment.Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop professional customer relationships.Must hold a valid driver s license.
