Co-op Graphic Designer Trainee Aon – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site) Aon is in the business of better decisions Aon helps clients make better decisions to protect and grow their businesses. As a Co‑op Graphic Designer Trainee in our Riyadh office, you will support colleagues across our branches by creating high-quality visual materials that align with Aon’s brand and help us communicate effectively with clients. Key responsibilities Create visual concepts and use design elements to communicate ideas for internal and external audiences.Design a wide range of materials (e.g., advertisements, brochures, business logos, reports) for digital and print channels.Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports in line with Aon branding guidelines.Work closely with brokerage teams across all Saudi branches to deliver high‑quality client materials.Support any online or offline media requirements as needed.Produce branded items such as prints, letterheads, business cards, door cards, Eid cards, and similar collateral. Skills & experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong creative skills with the ability to translate requirements into impactful visual solutions.Prior experience (academic projects and/or internships) working with multiple design platforms and formats (digital and print).Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
