Role Description CMDM is looking for a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative based in Saudi Arabia to support the agency’s expansion in the Saudi market. The representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, presenting CMDM’s services, and closing new business opportunities. The role is suitable for independent sales professionals, freelancers, business development consultants, and well-connected individuals seeking flexible, performance-based earning opportunities. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients in the Saudi Arabian marketGenerate and qualify new business leadsContact decision-makers and arrange sales meetingsPresent CMDM’s services and explain their business valueUnderstand client needs and recommend suitable digital solutionsCoordinate with the CMDM team to prepare proposals and quotationsNegotiate commercial terms within company guidelinesFollow up with prospects throughout the sales processClose new client contracts and support the onboarding processMaintain regular communication with clients and build long-term relationshipsTrack leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activityStay informed about market trends, competitors, and client needs in KSA Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to generate leads, prospect for new clients, and manage a sales pipelineConfidence in approaching business owners and decision-makersUnderstanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, SEO, web development, and content productionAbility to translate digital services into clear business benefitsStrong networking and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independentlyAbility to work toward commission-based targetsFamiliarity with CRM tools and basic office software is beneficialPrevious sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia is preferredArabic and English proficiency is strongly preferredA bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory Compensation This position is offered on a commission-only basis. No fixed salaryNo monthly basic salaryCommission is earned on successfully closed and collected client contractsCommission terms and payment conditions will be agreed upon with selected candidates Location Saudi Arabia – Remote and field-based Candidates should currently reside in Saudi Arabia and have a good understanding of the local business environment.
