Creative Designer

The Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and designing trophies and awards that suit various events and occasions, focusing on aesthetics, innovation, and brand identity. Responsibilities: 1- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for trophies, awards, and recognition plaques. 2- Transform ideas into 2D and 3D design files ready for production. 3- Use graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW efficiently. 4- Utilize at least one 3D design software (Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D) to create prototypes and models. 5- Ensure high attention to detail in colors, shapes, logos, and typography. 6- Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and execution. 7- Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines. 8- Incorporate feedback from management and clients to refine designs. 9- Keep up-to-date with design trends and propose innovative ideas. 10- Document and organize design files for easy access and future reference.
