About the Role Organon is seeking a Customer Rep. Sales GHH to join its team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time position focused on direct sales and customer support within the healthcare sector. The Sales Team's Mission The Sales team supports customers by providing clinical information about products, educational resources, and clinical training programs. The team's objective is to assist healthcare providers and healthcare systems in meeting the needs of patients in their communities. Key Responsibilities Close direct sales of products to achieve individual and team targets, aligning with organizational business objectives. Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to develop a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Conduct sales calls directly with prospective and existing customers. Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information. Build rapport with customers by identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives while ensuring optimal customer experience and satisfaction through established processes.
