Job Description We're looking for a Customer Service & Admin Assistant to support our ticketing marketplace's day-to-day operations. You'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries while also handling light administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email/chat/phone regarding orders, ticket transfers, refunds, and event details Resolve payment disputes and escalate complex cases as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM/helpdesk tool Assist with onboarding new event organizers/sellers onto the platform Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle general correspondence Help maintain internal documentation and standard operating procedures Help in sourcing & maintaining leads as per company directions Job Requirements 1–3 years experience in customer service and/or administrative support Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using tools like Gmail/Outlook, Google Workspace, Slack, and a CRM/helpdesk platform (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) Detail-oriented and organized, able to multitask across support tickets and admin work Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, or ticketing platforms is a plus Familiarity with Stripe or similar payment platforms is a plus
