Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist

Job Description Receive calls and WhatsApp messages from dentists and register their orders Enter orders accurately on our Odoo system (Order Form) Verify order details (product – quantity – doctor's data – address) Follow up on orders and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams Respond to doctors' inquiries professionally and quickly Job Requirements Minimum 4 years experience in data entry or customer service High accuracy and speed in data entry Previous experience with Odoo (or a similar ERP system) is preferred Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
