District Sales Manager (Direct Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team within the assigned district.
• Achieve district sales targets and ensure consistent growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the district market.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and field activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics).
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Identify new business opportunities within the district.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related medical field.
• 4+ years of experience in medical sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Experience in aesthetic or injectable products is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (Based on experience)
