English Phone Sales Representative

Job Description About the roleWe're hiring a Sales Representative to drive new business and manage client relationships on-site. You'll be reaching out to prospects, pitching, closing deals, and following up to keep the pipeline moving. This is a target-driven role for someone confident on the phone, sharp in negotiation, and comfortable working full days in the office. ResponsibilitiesIdentify and reach out to new leads and prospective clients Pitch and present offerings clearly and persuasively, by phone, email, and in person Negotiate terms and close deals to hit monthly/quarterly targets Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients to move deals forward Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and deal status Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth handoff after a sale closes Report on pipeline status and results regularly Job Requirements RequirementsFluent, confident English — written and spoken; comfortable pitching and negotiating in English 1–3+ years of sales experience (any industry); proven track record of hitting targets Strong communication and persuasion skills Organized and consistent with follow-up — nothing falls through the cracks Comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuing leads Based in or able to commute reliably to Cairo; full-time, on-site Nice to haveExperience in B2B sales, media, or tech Existing network of business contacts CRM tool experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
