What You'll Do Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new B2B customers.Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, distributors, consultants, and key clients.Conduct customer visits and present Awazel's innovative waterproofing and construction solutions.Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial offers, and follow up until successful order completion.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while expanding market share.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time deliveries.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.What We're Looking For ✅ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ✅ 1–2 years of hands-on B2B sales experience. ✅ Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or building materials is a strong advantage. ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ✅ Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets. ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. ✅ Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
