Tender & Drawing Review: Analyze architectural/structural drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and tender documents.
Quantity Take-Offs: Calculate exact dimensions and quantities for marble and granite slabs, tiles, vanity tops, staircases, and specialized stone details.
Cost Analysis & Pricing: Calculate material costs, factory fabrication/processing labor, installation charges, site overheads, and realistic wastage/breakage factors specific to natural stone.
Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination: Request and compare quotes from stone quarries, slab suppliers, and installation subcontractors.
Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare competitive, professional commercial bids and technical submittals within strict client or tender deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Project Management, Procurement, and Production/Factory teams to align estimates with current stock and capabilities.
Value Engineering: Suggest alternative stone types, layouts, or cutting optimization methods to reduce costs while preserving design quality.
