Established in 2017 in the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, Texol Lubritech operates as the overseas joint venture of Gandhar Oil Refinery India Ltd (GORIL). Under the “TEXOL” brand, the company produces a broad range of specialty oils and lubricants. Its portfolio includes high-performance industrial and automotive lubricants and greases, transformer oils, white oils, heavy and light liquid paraffin, and petroleum jelly. Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting Texol Lubritech’s range of specialty oils and lubricants. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, visiting customers, presenting product solutions, preparing quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The Executive Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate sales records and reporting performance to management. The role also involves participating in industry events, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation. Knowledge of industrial and automotive lubricants, petroleum products, or related technical fields, with the ability to understand and explain product features and benefits. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients at different organizational levels. Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow up on opportunities, and meet sales targets. Proficiency in basic office and sales tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems) and comfort working with data, reports, and forecasts. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in industrial sales. Previous experience in B2B sales within lubricants, petrochemicals, or industrial products in the GCC region is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, travel to customer locations as needed, and hold a valid driver’s license in the UAE.
