Foreman - Food

Job Description & Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Foreman to oversee daily floor operations, supervise technical staff, and ensure full compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food processing, packaging, and production line activities to meet target outputs.
• Enforce strict hygiene, HACCP, and UAE food safety regulations across all production areas.
• Assign daily tasks to workers, monitor workflow, and manage shift schedules.
• Inspect raw materials and finished goods to maintain high product quality standards.
• Troubleshoot line bottlenecks and report equipment maintenance needs promptly.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of supervisory/foreman experience in food manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP / ISO 22000 guidelines).
• Strong leadership, task delegation, and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English - Preferred Arabic Speaker
