Gift Packaging & Finishing AssistantCompany: Tiravie Job Location: Ajman, UAE Training Location: Abu Dhabi for the first month Salary: AED 1,800–2,200 per month, all-inclusive Employment Type: Full-time Visa Requirement: Candidate must have a valid UAE residence visa / own visaJob DescriptionTiravie is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Gift Packaging & Finishing Assistant to join our production team.The role involves preparing and finishing premium gift packaging, cupcake bouquets, boxes, ribbons, paper wraps, cards, stickers and decorative materials.The ideal candidate should have good hand skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of neatness, colours and presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesApply and glue paper neatly onto bouquets, gift boxes and packaging materials.Wrap gifts, products and bouquets professionally.Tie ribbons and prepare neat bows.Assemble gift boxes and bouquet packaging.Cut, fold, stick and arrange paper and decorative materials.Apply stickers, labels, cards and decorative elements accurately.Ensure there are no wrinkles, bubbles, glue marks or damaged materials.Check that all finished products are clean, neat and well-presented.Assist with general packaging, production and preparation tasks.Maintain a clean and organised workstation.Follow company packaging standards and production instructions.Support the team with other duties when required.Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in gift wrapping, packaging, flower shops, gift shops, printing shops, acrylic workshops or similar work is preferred.Good hand skills and attention to small details.Ability to work neatly with paper, stickers, ribbons and glue.Basic knowledge of ribbon tying and gift wrapping.Good sense of colours, arrangement and presentation.Fast, organised and able to work under pressure.Willing to learn and assist with different production tasks.Basic English communication skills.Must currently be inside the UAE.Must have a valid UAE residence visa / own visa.Must be available to attend one month of training in Abu Dhabi.A practical skills test may be required before hiring.Salary and BenefitsSalary: AED 1,800–2,200 per month.Salary is inclusive of all allowances.The company currently does not provide accommodation, food or transportation.Training will be provided.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with previous experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:Gift wrappingFlower or bouquet packagingRibbon tyingSticker applicationPaper mounting and gluingPrinting or acrylic workshopsGift shopsFlorist assistant workPackaging productionApplication InstructionsPlease apply with your updated CV and include the following information:Current location in the UAEVisa type and expiry datePrevious packaging or wrapping experienceExpected salaryAvailability to joinPhotos or videos of previous packaging work, if available Preferred ExperienceCandidates with previous experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:Gift wrappingFlower or bouquet packagingRibbon tyingSticker applicationPaper mounting and gluingPrinting or acrylic workshopsGift shopsFlorist assistant workPackaging productionApplication InstructionsPlease apply with your updated CV and include the following information:Current location in the UAEVisa type and expiry datePrevious packaging or wrapping experienceExpected salaryAvailability to joinPhotos or videos of previous packaging work, if available
