Job Description: Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer Job Title Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer Job Purpose The Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual and animated content that strengthens the company’s brand identity, supports marketing initiatives, and effectively communicates messages across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities Design creative marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and other promotional assets. Develop engaging visual content for digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency. Create professional motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and corporate communications. Design and animate logos, icons, and other visual elements. Edit videos by adding motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, subtitles, and audio enhancements. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to develop innovative visual concepts. Ensure all designs comply with the company’s brand guidelines and quality standards. Manage and organize design assets, templates, and project files. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and animation work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Knowledge of Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation software is an advantage. Required Skills Excellent creative and visual design skills. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding. Expertise in motion graphics and video editing. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to accept feedback and implement revisions efficiently. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely completion of assigned projects.
