Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or transportation-related roles is a plus. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g French, Spanish, German) is highly desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Cashiers Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers warmly as they approach the cashier area. - Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently. - Issue receipts and provide change to customers as needed. - Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services and city tours. - Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling. - Collaborate with sales representatives to support the overall customer experience. - Keep the cashier area organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies. - Address customer concerns or issues with professionalism and courtesy. - Stay informed about pricing, promotions, and local attractions to assist customers effectively.
