Description: Hiring: Female Personal Assistant / Secretary (Hybrid) – Riyadh We are looking for a highly motivated, professional, and reliable Female Personal Assistant / Secretary currently residing in Riyadh to support daily business operations, client coordination, sales activities, and administrative tasks. Work Arrangement This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of remote and on-site work depending on business requirements. The selected candidate must be flexible and willing to travel within Riyadh for client meetings, business visits, networking events, and site visits whenever required. Key Responsibilities * Data entry and document management * Preparing professional quotations, proposals, presentations, reports, and business correspondence * Basic accounting, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records * Sales coordination and client follow-ups * Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing appointments * Attending client meetings, business discussions, networking events, and site visits * Assisting with marketing campaigns, lead generation, and business development * Managing CRM records and maintaining accurate customer information * Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams * General administrative and office support * Performing other duties assigned by management Mandatory Requirements & Personal Traits * Female applicants only * Must be currently residing in Riyadh * Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality * Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently * Professional appearance and business etiquette * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Punctual, reliable, disciplined, and committed to deadlines * Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation * Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills * Ability to represent the company professionally during meetings and networking events * Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping * Good understanding of marketing strategies, sales coordination, and client handling * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) * Familiar with CRM software * Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new business software and applications * Experience in email management, scheduling, online meetings, document formatting, and digital communication tools * Arabic language is an added advantage Preferred Industry Knowledge Applicants having knowledge or experience in any of the following sectors will be given preference: * Civil Engineering * MEP * Fit-Out & Interior Works * Architecture & Interior Design * ICT * ELV / Low Current Systems * Information Technology (IT) * Artificial Intelligence (AI) Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity and does not include a fixed salary. Compensation will be provided through commissions and performance incentives based on lead generation, business development, successful project acquisition, and overall contribution.
