Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, Recruitment Cycle ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees' needs Onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training and orientation for new employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
-4+ years of experience as an HR Operations Or HR Generalist Or Business partner
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working conditions :
- 2 day off .
- 8 hours .
- Cairo resident .
