HSE Technician - Pharma

Job Description Practice safe working techniques and reinforce the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures as set out by the company. Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas. Ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards. Protect the employees, contractors, visitors, and the environment. Identifies potentially hazardous biological, and chemical materials. Recommends changes to protect workers from hazards. Educate employees on how to prevent health problems through the use of safety training programs. Investigates accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future. Prevents and eliminates injury and illness to employees and assists companies in complying with safety laws. Inspects workplaces, and minimizes or eliminates hazards from processes, such as incorrect working methods, and materials. Job Requirements A bachelor’s or diploma degree in the relevant field of health and safety. At least 5 years of experience in the Manufacturing field Experience as HSE technician and working in ISO 14001- ISO 45001 Safety Management System. Experience in Permit work system / Risk assessment / HSE Documentation / near miss & incident investigation preparation. Experience in firefighting systems & fire alarm systems and hazard waste management system. A high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office.
