Hydraulic Technician

Responsibilities: · Attend daily equipment inspection, PM & CM services and breakdowns. · Identify fault and trouble shoot, with minimal downtime to production. · Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance, and repairs to all plant’s machines in a safe, timely and professional manner and return machines to operational service & Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to the higher authority. · Assistwith Mechanical / electrical / hydraulic Installations as and when required. · Knowledge to read and understand the Hydraulic circuits -Diagnose and troubleshoot. · Knowledge of servicing, repairing of Hydraulic components -Cylinders, Valve, different type of hydraulic Pumps, hydraulic motors … etc. · Cooperate and coordinate with floor controller for any kind of technical disputes and dealers help for technical support. · Maintain technical/chronological history of all repairs/ services performed by you Present same to workshop floor controller in the form of daily reports. · Attending breakdown, corrective maintenance, parts should be identified with the parts catalog and handing over to the floor controller for further action. · The requested parts should be cross check and confirm to the stores as soon as receive. · Take good care of property, infrastructure, tools, and equipment under fleet custody. · Follow all Company HSE rules and regulations. Qualification, Experience, Knowledge, and skills Qualification ; High school , Automotive diploma or ITI training is required. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in heavy equipment hydraulic repairing. UAE Driver’s License is necessary. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
