Support client onboarding by explaining our services, features, and benefits clearly and professionally. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Analyze customer interactions and feedback to help improve outreach strategies. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer engagement and overall service quality. Requirements Basic knowledge or experience in customer service, outbound calling, tele sales, sales, or call center operations is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Fluency in English is required.
