Institutional Sales Representative

We are looking for an Institutional Sales Representative (Arabic Speaker) based in Dubai to join our growing team. Requirements 3-4 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry Experience selling CFD liquidity, trading technology, or other B2B brokerage solutions is highly preferred An existing network within the brokerage, fintech, or institutional trading industry is a strong advantage. Good knowledge of FX business, CFD specifics in a target region Very good interpersonal skills: sales personality, ability to maintain client interest, ability to close deals and consistently exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and generate new business opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Professional proficiency in English and Arabic is required (additional languages would be viewed as an asset) Experience in selling payment solutions or technology to brokers would be viewed as an asset Based in Dubai, willingness to travel (events/exhibitions and other networking opportunities) Responsibilities Generate leads via personal network and networking events Excellent customer service throughout the whole sales cycle from initial contact to completion Present products and solutions to prospective clients (remotely and in person) Prepare business plans for the targeted region Engage with prospective clients via email, phone, and social media Collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, and Technology teams Stay up to date with developments in the industry Represent the company at industry events, expos, and client meetings Maintain an organized database of clients and or prospects while supporting them Offer Full-time job: 5/2 (Saturday and Sunday days off) Competitive compensation package A team of top international professionals to learn from Training sessions and webinars Multicultural working environment Space for your own ideas Please be advised that the data administrator is Match-Trade Technologies.
