Job Description: As an HR Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing our recruitment efforts by sourcing, engaging potential candidates and managing the team. In particular, you will source candidates on various channels and track weekly and monthly KPIs. Scope of Work: Manage team and track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs Understand the Japanese client’s business and talent requirements, and keep relationships Conduct interviews in Japanese with potential candidates Utilize various sourcing methods (especially at LinkedIn) to identify and engage potential candidates. Send scout messages to potential candidates to introduce job opportunities and encourage applications. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and candidate responses. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Assist in administrative HR tasks as needed. Job Requirements Must to have: Fluent level in Japanese and English Interests in HR and content creating Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and meet target numbers. Enable to attend weekly meeting (morning time) every Wednesday on time Nice to have: Experiences in a multinational team Project management /or HR experiences Interests in various technologies
