Junior Maintenance Technician

We Are Hiring Junior Maintenance Technician (Electrical / Mechanical) Food manufacturing Industry: Chocolate & Confectionery Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for:-An experienced Chocolate Production Technician to join our production team, The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring chocolate and candy production lines while ensuring product quality, food safety, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. Qualifications & Experience:-1–3 years of experience as a Production Technician in a chocolate or candy factory (mandatory). Hands-on experience with chocolate production lines and machinery. Strong knowledge of chocolate properties (melting, tempering, crystallization). Ability to read and follow production recipes and SOPs.• Good understanding of electrical operation systems and safe machine restart procedures is MUSTIndustrial Diploma / Technical Institute / Food Industries background is MUST.• Strong hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems related to production lines (mandatory).• Ability to handle basic electrical troubleshooting of production machines (sensors, motors, contactors, inverters, control panels).• Basic to intermediate knowledge of industrial mechanical components (conveyors, gearboxes, moving parts).• Ability to diagnose machine issues and identify whether the problem is electrical or mechanical before escalating to maintenance.
