Job Title: Junior Video Editor (Montage, Photography & Reels) Location: New Cairo, Egypt (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Junior (1–2 years) Days Off: One day off per week About the Role We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Video Editor to join our team in New Cairo. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling through motion and stills. You will be responsible for creating engaging video montages, shooting photography, and producing high-performing short-form content for social media. If you live and breathe trends, have a keen eye for detail, and are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Montage: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos, including cinematic montages, highlight reels, and promotional content. Short-Form Content (Reels/TikTok): Create, edit, and optimize vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This includes adding captions, transitions, sound effects, and trending audio. Photography: Capture high-quality photos (product, event, or lifestyle) as needed for social media and marketing materials. Color Grading & Sound: Perform basic color correction and audio mixing to ensure professional output. Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and execute them from start to finish. File Management: Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and final exports on the company server. Requirements Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in video editing (portfolio required). Software Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects (for motion graphics) and Photoshop/Lightroom (for photo editing) is a strong plus. Photography Skills: Ability to shoot with a DSLR/Mirrorless camera and understand lighting and composition. Reels Expertise: Deep understanding of current social media trends, transitions, and platform-specific formats. Attention to Detail: Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling. Location: Must be able to commute to New Cairo daily.
