Light Pickup Driver

Falaknaz General Land Transport LLC is looking for an experienced Pickup Driver to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE driving experience preferred.
• Experience driving pickup vehicles in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations and routes.
• Safe and responsible driving record.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to carry out basic vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Candidates with previous Gulf experience will be preferred.
• Preference may be given to candidates from nationalities currently underrepresented in our workforce, in line with the company's workforce diversity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company pickup vehicles safely to and from customer sites, offices, workshops and other locations.
• Transport company staff, materials, equipment, spare parts and other items as required.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.
• Carry out daily basic checks of the vehicle, including tyres, oil, coolant, brakes and general condition.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Report accidents, breakdowns, mechanical problems or other vehicle issues immediately.
• Ensure materials and equipment being transported are properly secured.
• Maintain basic records of trips, deliveries and vehicle-related activities when required.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials where necessary.
• Perform other driving-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month

Employment Terms

• Notice period by company: 1 month
• Notice period by employee: 3 months
• Appointment is subject to the availability/approval of an employment visa and the validity of the candidate's documents in accordance with UAE law.
• All employment terms will be subject to the applicable UAE Labour Law and the official employment contract.
