Mechanic Technician

Job Description: Mechanic – Fleet Maintenance and Forklift Operations Management Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and scheduled servicing for company buses to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on buses and related fleet vehicles. • Conduct preventive inspections for buses, documenting findings and completing maintenance checklists. • Monitor the operational status and condition of all forklifts, conducting regular inspections and minor repairs as needed. • Maintain detailed records of forklift maintenance, repairs, and inspections. • Oversee and manage a team of forklift drivers, including work assignments, performance monitoring, and adherence to safety protocols. • Report issues, coordinate with supervisors for major repairs, and ensure vehicles meet regulatory and company requirements. Requirements: • Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably working on buses, fleet vehicles, and material handling equipment (forklifts). • Knowledge of vehicle/forklift mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. • Strong documentation, organizational and communication skills. • Supervisory (or team lead) experience preferred for overseeing forklift drivers. • Commitment to safety, preventive maintenance, and operational best practices. • Residence in Cairo , preferred 6-October. • Arabic language reading and writing
