We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Receptionists to join our bustling teams across laboratory and radiology departments, as well as general front desk operations.
As a Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring every visitor feels valued and every process runs seamlessly.
As a crucial member of our administrative team, you will manage front desk activities, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional service in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and maintaining an organized, welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Good Command of English Language.
- Proven expertise in Administration, Reception, and Customer Service.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A knack for multitasking and effective problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic office applications.
- A minimum of 1-4 years of hands-on experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a medical or hospitality setting.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist patients and visitors, providing clear directions and information.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations, utilizing our systems with precision.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing inquiries appropriately and relaying messages accurately.
- Process patient registrations, update records, and maintain confidentiality with the utmost integrity.
- Coordinate with various departments (laboratory, radiology, clinical staff) to ensure seamless patient journeys.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and effectiveness, escalating when necessary.
- Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in front desk management, customer service excellence, and administrative proficiency daily. Familiarity with medical scheduling software and office suites will be highly beneficial.
