Position Summary:
A Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical products or equipment to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. They act as a link between medical companies and the healthcare sector, providing product knowledge, demonstrations, and support to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell medical devices, equipment, or pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and private practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase product benefits and features.
- Regularly visit clients and follow up on inquiries, orders, or feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and product trainings.
- Ensure compliance with all medical regulations and ethical standards in promoting products.
🧠 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, nursing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare environment.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage a flexible schedule.
