Job Opening: Motion Graphic Designer- Video Editing – Laith Al Obaidi Group Location: [Dubai] Industry: Automotive / Cars Trading Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary The Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and high-quality visual content that supports the company's marketing, branding, and advertising objectives. The role involves developing motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and multimedia content for digital platforms, social media channels, websites, automotive marketplaces, and advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities Motion Graphics Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animated content for marketing campaigns.Create promotional, branding, and product-related videos.Develop engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, and digital advertising channels.Animated explainer videos, infographics, and presentations.Create video intros, outros, transitions, and visual effects.Edit and enhance raw video footage to meet marketing objectives.Content Development Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.Transform marketing briefs into compelling visual stories.Create content that aligns with the company's branding and communication guidelines.Develop visual assets for online and offline marketing activities.AI Content Generation: Utilize advanced AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Sora,Video Editing & Animation Edit and enhance raw video footage by adding visual effects, sound effects, and professional audio enhancements.Create smooth transitions, motion graphics, and high-quality animations to improve video engagement.Integrate text, graphics, and visual effects in accordance with the company's brand identity and marketing guidelines.Optimize and export video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, digital advertising, and automotive marketplaces.Brand Management Ensure consistency of the company's visual identity across all media.Maintain branding standards in all creative outputs.Support the development of marketing materials, advertisements, and corporate presentations.Project Management & Coordination Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Coordinate with marketing, sales, and management teams to understand project requirements.Organize and maintain digital assets, project files, and content libraries.Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing.Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video production skills.Excellent creative, storytelling, and visual communication abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
