We are currently looking for a Product Designer Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to enhance our user experience across our mobile and web platforms. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to create user-centered designs that not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your creative vision and attention to detail will play a critical role in shaping the future of travel booking experiences for our customers. Responsibilities Design and prototype user-centered interfaces for mobile and web applicationsConduct user research and usability testingCreate wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockupsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to align design with business goalsMaintain design consistency across all platforms by contributing to the development of design systems and style guidesStay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design qualityPresent design concepts to stakeholders and iteratively refine designs based on feedback Requirements 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related fieldA strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, including user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity UIProficiency in Figma (Required), Adobe Creative Suite, Print and AI design tools and image generationSolid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing methodsAbility to communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teamsPassion for creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing design solutions
