Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking and reliable Production Workshop Assistant to support our production team in the fabrication, assembly, finishing, packaging, and installation preparation of advertising and signage products. The ideal candidate will assist various departments, including carpentry, painting, printing, CNC, laser cutting, and installation, ensuring smooth daily workshop operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the production team with the fabrication and assembly of signage, exhibition stands, retail displays, kiosks, branding materials, and custom advertising products.Support carpenters, painters, machine operators, and installers with day-to-day workshop activities.Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished products, and equipment safely within the workshop.Prepare materials for cutting, printing, painting, lamination, assembly, and finishing.Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing completed projects for delivery and installation.Operate basic hand tools and workshop equipment under supervision.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop, tools, machinery, and storage areas.Assist with inventory handling, material storage, and stock movement.Help identify damaged materials or quality issues and report them to the Production Supervisor.Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.Adhere to all company health, safety, and quality procedures.Support installation teams when required at customer sites.RequirementsHigh school certificate or equivalent qualification.1–2 years of experience in a workshop, manufacturing, signage, advertising, exhibition, or construction environment is preferred.Basic knowledge of workshop tools and materials.Ability to lift and handle materials safely.Willingness to learn production processes and operate equipment under supervision.Good teamwork and communication skills.Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.Flexible to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience in an advertising production, signage, exhibition, joinery, or fit-out company.Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, digital printing, or fabrication is an advantage.Valid UAE Driving License is a plus.Key SkillsWorkshop AssistanceMaterial HandlingAssembly SupportPackaging & DispatchBasic Carpentry AssistanceProduction SupportTeamworkTime ManagementAttention to DetailWorkplace SafetyPhysical StaminaProblem SolvingBenefitsCompetitive salaryOvertime as per company policyEmployment VisaMedical InsuranceAnnual LeaveEnd of Service Benefits as per UAE Labour Law We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Production Workshop Assistant to support our advertising production team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a workshop, signage, advertising, exhibition, manufacturing, joinery, or fit-out environment. The successful candidate should be eager to learn, able to work in a fast-paced production environment, and willing to assist across multiple departments, including carpentry, painting, digital printing, CNC, laser cutting, fabrication, packing, and installation. Basic knowledge of workshop tools, material handling, and production processes is preferred. The candidate should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions while working both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. The role requires someone who is physically capable of lifting materials, maintaining workshop cleanliness, and supporting production activities to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Candidates with previous UAE experience in an advertising production house, signage company, exhibition contractor, or fit-out company will be given preference. A valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage but is not mandatory.
