Quality Control Specialist

Join a fast-growing restaurant group and play a key role in maintaining food quality and safety across our operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Monitor food quality and safety standards across kitchen and branches
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and internal procedures
• Inspect raw materials, storage, and processing (including frozen meat)
• Support continuous improvement in food safety practices

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or food safety
• Experience with frozen meat handling & food processing
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
• Males
