Real Estate Agent

We are seeking ambitious and driven Real Estate Agents to join our team in the heart of Dubai.

In this role, you will manage company-generated leads, build lasting client relationships, and deliver high-level real estate consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert company-provided leads into successful deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide expert advice on Dubai’s real estate market
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong commitment and discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate is a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

What We Offer:

No Basic Salary – Commission Only Role

50% Commission on company-provided leads

70% Commission on self-generated clients
