Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant, located in New Cairo. The Receptionist & Admin Assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling clerical duties, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include organizing and maintaining office records, coordinating appointments, and supporting office operations.
Qualifications
- Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette skills
- Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Customer Service and strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
