Job Description

• Greet clients and provide a friendly and professional experience
• Handle calls and WhatsApp messages 
• Schedule and organize appointments efficiently
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments
• Assist clients in booking sessions and explain services & offers
• Manage client data and update records
• Handle payments and basic cashier tasks
• Coordinate with the team for smooth daily operations

Job Requirements

• Presentable and professional
• Good communication skills
• Basic English (important)
• Basic computer skills (Excel / WhatsApp)
• Ability to handle clients politely
• Commitment and punctuality
• Previous experience in clinics is a plus
