Receptionist / Membership Sales Executive

A new gym brand opening in Ajman is looking for a Receptionist / Membership Executive to join the team.

We are looking for someone energetic, professional, and confident in dealing with members and walk-in customers.

Requirements

• Arabic speaker preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable handling member inquiries, registrations, and sales conversations
• Good organisational and basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, and front desk inquiries
• Support memberships, registrations, and bookings

1. Promote memberships, packages, and gym offers
2. Follow up with leads and support sales targets
3. Maintain a smooth and professional front desk experience
