Recruitment Coordinator

We are growing our Employer Success team and hiring a part-time Employer Success Specialist who will work closely with companies during their trial period to ensure they get strong results and become long-term, satisfied customers.

This role is ideal for someone with a recruitment background who wants to move into HR tech, customer success, and employer engagement with flexible hours and no placement pressure.

What You Will Do

• Manage and track employer trials.
• Analyse job performance: applications, unlocks, activity levels.
• Optimize job posts for better results (titles, filters, descriptions).
• Conduct check-ins with employers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect structured feedback and share insights with the team.
• Recommend packages or upgrades when relevant.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Strong understanding of job posting quality and hiring funnels.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.
• Basic analytical skills (reading dashboards, understanding patterns).
• Good English is a must
