Restaurant Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience with kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, chillers, and washing machines.Perform maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.Diagnose faults and replace defective components.Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards. ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), or a related trade.3 5 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot equipment faults.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
