Role: Brand Ambassador / Customer Sales Specialist

Location: Palm Jumeirah Nakheel Mall, Dubai

Package: AED 3,500/month

Type: Full-Time | 3-Month Fixed Contract (Performance-based extension)

Overview: We are seeking energetic, driven, and dynamic Sales Representatives to elevate customer engagement for top-tier retail brands across vibrant lifestyle venues in Dubai.

What You Will Do:

• Actively connect with shoppers, present product offerings effectively, and drive conversions.
• Ensure a high-standard retail experience by anticipating customer expectations.
• Work towards meeting individual and team daily/monthly sales objectives.
• Uphold brand image through flawless presentation and exceptional service.

Shift & Hours:

• 6 days per week with 1 scheduled day off.
• 9-hour rotational shifts (includes an 8-hour workday + 1-hour meal break).

Candidate Profile:

• Language: Russian speaker with proficient command of English.
• Status: Valid UAE Residency Visa / Emirates ID is mandatory.
• Traits: High energy, persuasive communicator, and adaptable to flexible venue locations.
• Availability: Must be ready to start right away.
