These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.**KBR is looking for Rotating Technician II****Responsibilities:** * Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.* Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.* Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.* Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.* Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.* Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.* Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.* Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.* Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.* Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work.* Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.* Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.* Participates in Safety audits.* Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.**Qualifications:** * Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.* Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.* Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.* Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities* Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills· Proven leadership skills with large organizations* Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems. An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
