We are looking for a motivated and confident Arabic-speaking Female Sales Associate to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful sales.

1. Handle customer enquiries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
2. Convert enquiries into confirmed sales
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
4. Follow up with potential clients and existing customers
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
6. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team
7. Achieve monthly sales targets
8. Maintain proper sales records and customer data
9. Coordinate with operations and delivery teams when required

1. التعامل باحترافية مع استفسارات العملاء عبر المكالمات، والواتساب، والبريد الإلكتروني، والزيارات الشخصية.
2. تحويل الاستفسارات إلى مبيعات مؤكدة.
3. بناء علاقات متينة مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
4. متابعة العملاء المحتملين والحاليين.
5. فهم احتياجات العملاء واقتراح المنتجات/الخدمات المناسبة.
6. إعداد عروض الأسعار والتنسيق مع فريق المبيعات.
7. تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية.
8. حفظ سجلات المبيعات وبيانات العملاء بشكل دقيق.
9. التنسيق مع فريقي العمليات والتوصيل عند الحاجة.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. Arabic speaking is mandatory
2. Previous sales experience required
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to handle customer enquiries confidently
5. Good knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
6. Target-oriented and self-motivated
7. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
8. UAE experience is an advantage

1. إجادة اللغة العربية شرط أساسي.
2. خبرة سابقة في المبيعات مطلوبة.
3. مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
4. القدرة على التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء بثقة.
5. إلمام جيد بعمليات البيع وخدمة العملاء.
6. القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف والتحفيز الذاتي.
7. معرفة أساسية بالحاسوب (إكسل، واتساب، البريد الإلكتروني، إلخ).
8. خبرة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ميزة إضافية.
