Sales Cubicle is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leadsQualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their potential and understand their needsSchedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospectsMaintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activities reportingCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategiesFollow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnelFormat into sections and lists to improve readabilityAvoid targeting specific demographics e.g. gender, nationality and ageNo need to add a link to apply (one is added automatically)RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred0-6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindsetAbility to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitudeFamiliarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantageStrong organizational and time management skillsFresh Graduates are welcomed to applyBenefits Attractive Salary (based on experience) Attractive commission on qualified leads / deals Social and Medical Insurance
