Job Description Orion Productions is a growing video production and creative company expanding into a new office in Hurghada. We work with businesses across Hurghada and the Red Sea, as well as selected international clients. We are hiring a full-time, in-office Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into paid projects. Main ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential business clients in Hurghada and the Red Sea area. Contact prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and direct outreach. Respond quickly to incoming enquiries from advertisements, social media and the company website. Qualify prospects by understanding their business, needs, budget and timeline. Present Orion Productions’ video production and creative services clearly. Arrange and attend phone calls, video calls and in-person meetings when required. Recommend suitable services with support from management. Follow up consistently until the prospect reaches a clear decision. Maintain accurate lead information, notes and follow-up dates in the company CRM. Work toward agreed outreach, meeting and sales targets. Complete a clear handover to the production team after the client signs and pays. What We OfferFixed monthly salary. Commission on successfully closed and collected projects. Experience working with clients across video production, hospitality, tourism, real estate and other local industries. Orion Productions is opening a new office in Hurghada, and the first team members will be joining during the company’s setup and growth stage. The workspace will be practical and professional, but still developing. This role is best suited to someone comfortable working in a small, ambitious team and helping build strong systems from the beginning. This is a full-time, on-site position in Hurghada. It is not a remote role. Job Requirements Currently living in Hurghada or able to commute reliably every working day. Available for full-time, on-site work. Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development or customer service is preferred. Strong candidates with relevant customer-facing experience may also apply. Confident speaking with business owners, managers and decision-makers. Comfortable making calls, contacting new businesses and handling rejection. Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills. Organised and consistent with follow-ups. Fluent spoken Arabic and good spoken and written English. Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and CRM systems. Professional communication and conduct during calls and client meetings. Able to work with targets and take responsibility for results. Experience selling services, advertising, media, real estate, hospitality or other B2B solutions is an advantage. A university degree is not required. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their previous experience and explain how they would approach and convert a potential business client.
