Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Riyadh, requiring fluency in Tagalog and strong English communication skills. The Sales Representative will guide customers through the car buying and selling process, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. The role involves following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, supporting customers in using Carly’s digital platform, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales experience. The Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to update listings, coordinate vehicle availability, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Daily responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, handling customer feedback, and representing Carly’s brand with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and relationship building.Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems and online sales channels.Basic knowledge of automotive products, car features, and financing or leasing concepts is beneficial.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail and accuracy.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset.Previous experience in sales, retail, call center, or automotive e-commerce is an asset.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
