Sales Representative

Job Description Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple products, solutions, and accessories. Deliver hands-on product demonstrations that showcase key features and benefits to enhance the customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, software, and promotions to provide accurate information and advice. Assist customers with product selection, financing options, and after-sales support to ensure a seamless buying journey. Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with the latest Apple technologies and retail best practices. Support store merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays to create an inviting shopping environment. Collaborate with team members to organize in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities. Accurately process sales transactions and maintain records in accordance with company policies. What will we provide?
